iPhone simulation

iPhone Simulation with CSS3 and jQuery

Almost two months ago I did this little thing. I was looking at some CSS3 animations and I wanted to try something out so I did this iPhone simulation. It’s basically a bunch of icons in a grid just like on the iPhone and you can click and hold and the icons starts wiggle and you can move them around and delete them. This is made with very little jQuery and some CSS3. Works best in Chrome, as always.

Blogging..

Top of the Rock

Top of The Rock

Top of the Rock

Long time, no see.

I guess I’m not the blog kind of guy. We had the nyc-kids blog up and running for about a month until I failed and overwrote all the code of the blog. I started to re-create all we had, but I hate doing that. It’s not much to do, but it’s really boring to write the exact same code I did before. It will look exactly the same as before so there is no excitement. Whatever, I might blog some here, but I’m not sure.

I now live in New York City and I like it. It feels great at Domani Studios and get to work with talented people. Yesterday me and Nina went to Rockefeller Center, Top of the Rock to see the view over Manhattan. It’s amazing. I bought a camera so I’ve been taking some pictures and hopefully I’ll upload some of them in this blog.

Just wanted to write something here and delete all the spam comments and add a spam protection to this blog.

Peace

The Social Network

October 27th, 2010

Last night I watched The Social Network and I think it was really good and inspiring for a programmer like me. To see what a good idea and some good code can do for the whole world is amazing. I don’t know if the story of the movie is true or not, but it’s very good made and the conversations is just great. It started as a fun project and went big, that’s every programmers dream I guess. To turn your hobby into a career. That’s what I’m doing right now, with Hyper Island and Domani Studios.

AS3: Dynamic Positioning Class

October 22nd, 2010

Dont have time reading all this? Download source here

For your fullscreen flash website to look as you want in every resolution you need to use dynamic positioning of your movieclips. I and Henrik Porseland put together this yesterday, most for our own sake but also to share with others. It’s a simple class where you can place object just by typing “left” and “top” och “middle” and “bottom”. Let me show you some examples of what you can do!

Stena Line: Ledighet Deluxe

October 20th, 2010

This was from the start a school project here at Hyper Island. But since we are not allowed to develop a complete website me and Henrik Porseland decided to do this as a freelance work.
Stena Line is one of the world’s largest ferry operators, with ferry services serving Scotland, Sweden, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Norway, England, Wales Ireland, Germany, Netherlands and Poland. This website is made for StenaLine to promote the new boat between Karlskrona, Sweden and Gdynia, Poland.
